This was the most creative thing I did all day. I should feel worse about that than I do, right? I don't. Have you seen how awesome these boots are?!
I like this chambray Target dress, but the ruched belted section is awfully high on it, alas. I had hoped using a navy belt there would take away the emphasis, but it didn't work. I didn't want to wear a cardigan over it, preferring to wear an ON long-sleeved tee in mushroom under it, but next time I will probably go back to a cardigan to tone down the shape. My boobage looks too much like missiles otherwise. (LOL!)
Back to my boots. They make me so happy. I worry sometimes about their limited seasonal span; perforated suede tan boots can only be worn a short time through the year, but I've had them for a couple of years now and I just love when I find the right moment to wear them.
Plus, they are the BEST combo to wear with Oroblue nude micro-fishnet hose. Love the way the fishnet and perforations echo each other.
Other times I have worn these boots: April 2011, October 2010, June 2010, June 2010, June 2010 again!, May 2010, May 2010, May 2010 (their debut, still one of my best outfits ever).
OMG I FORGOT THEY WERE WATERPROOF. (They're suede so it's easy to forget.) And it is raining cats and dogs today. Hmmm, maybe I should wear them again today...
I have coveted those boots since the first time you wore them, I think. I love the way they look with the fishnet hose. And may I say, you have got some great looking legs!
